ShadowsCandleCompany.com offers USPS Priority 2-3 day with Delivery Confirmation and UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping to all of our customers. Insurance is included. We will provide a UPS tracking number for your package via email to you upon shipment of your order.
If you choose Priority Mail, unfortunately, there is no way to track the order in transit.
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours (sometimes sooner), excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm EST.
Please check the package for damage such as melting or breakage when you receive it. If there is damage notify us immediately by using the "Contact Us" page.
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns on products without prior approval. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse of our products. Items must be returned, freight prepaid, for full credit within 20 days, and in the same condition they left our premises. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns for non-damaged items are will be charged a 20% restocking charge. You must obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any items. This code is provided to ensure that your request is handled and processed both quickly and efficiently. Therefore, it is important that this number be printed on the outside of the package being returned. This will expedite the process and allow us to correct the problem more efficiently.
